Recently, my family and I had the opportunity to go on a holiday to Kampung Sampireun, a beautiful resort or villa built on the edge of a lake or pond in Garut, Indonesia. The scenery was breathtaking; the place was cool and lush greenery surrounded the area. It is suitable as a place to rest for a while from the busyness. We stayed in a cozy cottage on the edge of the pond. The pond contains big, colorful, friendly fish that swim back and forth, especially when we try to feed them.
One of the highlights of our holiday was waking up to the peaceful sound of the lake and enjoying a cup of tea in our private villa while watching the fish swimming around. We also spent some time exploring the surrounding area, which was filled with breathtaking views.
In the evenings, we would have dinner together by ordering the meal from the resort’s restaurant, which served delicious local cuisine made with fresh ingredients. After dinner, we would often sit around the table and playing games, enjoying each other’s company and the peaceful atmosphere.
Vacationing like this is the most fun, with plenty of friendly fish, a cool atmosphere, and sometimes rain that brings a peaceful heart.
